At Superior Gk our policies are

1.Replacement parts will be sent if the statue arrives damaged and orders will be resent if any statues are lost during shipping if replacements are available from the studio.(For the Replacement shipping we can discuss it )

2.Shipping is not free, shipping will always be calculated when the product is ready to be shipped.Because it's all products ready for release. then the studio just gave us the dimensions . Therefore, we can't give you the accurate shipping cost during the preorder. When the product is ready to be shipped, we will quote with the carrier according to the dimensions given by the studio. Before delivery, we will email you to confirm the address and the final cost, including the final payment and shipping.

3.Pricing mistakes can happen and we will not honor erroneous pricing.

4.Items sold in this store are not returnable Orders are non-refundable cannot be cancelled, If you insist on cancelling the order ,we will not refund the deposit ,if you pay in full we will charge 10% service charge of full amount .

5.As a retailer, we cannot guarantee the original quality problems of the products. We can only guarantee that the new and seal products, do not contain the defects of the original products, so please consider carefully before placing an order.

6.As a retailer, we can not guarantee the delivery time of your ordered products, mainly according to the studio and factory time. So you're afraid to wait, please don't purchase the item in Preorder. we advice you that purchase in stock ,Because we really can't control it. The estimated shipping time of the product will be written on the preorder information for reference only.


                                FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHEN WILL MY PRE-ORDER SHIP?

 All pre-orders have an estimated ship date but can be delayed or shipped out earlier depending on various factors with the studio.out of our control,So if you can not wait choose the item in stock , The Q and the number afterward indicate a quarter of the year. Q1 is Jan through Mar, Q2 is Apr through June, etc.

 

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN MY PRODUCT ARRIVES BROKEN OR DEFECTIVE?

Please contact us immediately and provide pictures of the product with the packaging. Defects can happen and we cannot guarantee each studio is up to par with quality control. We also cannot guarantee that the shipping company will handle the product with care.

 

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Air shipping normally takes 1-2 weeks. Sea shipping typically takes 30-45 days. These are estimates and, unfortunately, are taking much longer (up to 90 days or more) due to the current pandemic and logistics issues.

 

DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS?

For now, we do not.

 

ARE THERE CUSTOMS FEES?

No, our shipping methods do not incur any customs fees on top of the shipping cost.

 

ARE THERE ANY UPDATES ON THE PRODUCT?

We do not always have access to interim updates from the studio. We are usually notified when the product is ready to ship.

 

WHAT IS A DEPOSIT AND FULL PAYMENT?

The default pricing on each product is the deposit price. The deposit is the cost to reserve the item. When the item is ready to ship, the rest of the cost, plus shipping, will be required before we will ship the product. If the full payment option is selected, only the shipping cost will be required when the item is ready.

 

WHY DO PRE-ORDERS SHOW FREE SHIPPING?

For pre-orders, shipping is not free. We do not know the weight and dimensions of the final product as statues will undergo alterations from prototype to final product. Boxes are also not finalized until closer to the release date. We will send an invoice for the rest of the payment plus the shipping cost or just the shipping cost if the full payment option was used.
